Welcome to Polimemes India. These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of polimemes.in (the ‘Site’) and any purchase made through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Polimemes India sells meme-first, pop-culture- and viral-content-inspired apparel and accessories, drawing on films, trends, occasions, and everyday internet culture, alongside plain, design-free apparel. Products are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis and shipped directly to customers within India.

4. Nature of Content

Products sold on the Site may feature satirical, humorous, or meme-based commentary inspired by popular culture, films, viral trends, occasions, and everyday life. This content is a work of creative and artistic expression, intended as parody, satire, humour, or commentary. It is not intended to defame, misrepresent, or falsely attribute statements to any real individual, brand, franchise, or organisation. Polimemes India is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any entity, brand, franchise, film, event, or individual referenced, depicted, or implied in its designs. Any resemblance to real events, individuals, films, or occasions in caricature or illustrative form is for satirical, humorous, or expressive purposes only.

5. User Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site.
You may browse and check out as a guest, or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, graphics, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of Ek Blink Solutions (trading as Polimemes India), unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any Polimemes India design or content without prior written permission.

Where a design references or parodies third-party trademarks, symbols, films, or public figures, this is done under fair use/parody principles for satirical and expressive commentary. No ownership of, or affiliation with, the underlying third-party mark, work, or figure is claimed or implied.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Attempt to resell Polimemes India products without authorisation
Scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial use
Upload, transmit, or introduce any virus, malware, or harmful code to the Site
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other users’ accounts, or Polimemes India systems

8. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed via Razorpay.
Polimemes India does not store your full card or payment credential details; these are handled directly by our payment processor.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case any payment received will be refunded.

9. Shipping and Fulfilment

Products are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis and shipped across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are outside Polimemes India’s liability.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

As products are made to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors, or incorrect items received, in line with our Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy. Claims must be raised within the window stated in that policy, with supporting photographs and video, by writing to oye@polimemes.in.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its products are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ek Blink Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site or products. Ek Blink Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products, including any offence taken to satirical or creative content, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ek Blink Solutions harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party right.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including any account, at our discretion, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Polimemes India or other users.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The ‘Last Updated’ date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
